Our Story

What started as a lighthearted debate—about a Rolex vs an Omega (which none of us is close to owning), quickly spiraled into a daily ritual of shared links, texts about new releases (and old), and excited rants about vintage finds. Somewhere between the coffee breaks and after-hours banter, we realized we weren’t just friends with opinions, but we had the potential for storytelling with a deep love for timepieces and the stories they carry.

This blog was born from that connection. Countless watches—and one space to bring it all together. We created this corner of the internet not to impress, but to express. To explore watches in all their forms: classic, quirky, underrated, overbuilt. We’re here to share the joy, the craft, and the quiet magic of a well-made watch.

So, come for whatever you want to find out about your favourite watch, but stay for the stories.

We’re no one you might recognize from just an introduction. But we hope to become familiar faces through shared passions, honest stories, and the occasional watch nerd tangent! Ones you look forward to hearing from, one tick at a time.

This Is Us!

About Me

I’m Ethan—26, raised in the U.S. but roots in Singapore. A significant amount of my free time (more than I’d like to admit) goes to obsessing over watches. I think it all started with my grandfather’s Broadway Hamilton. It actually belonged to his dad first, then was passed down to him, making it a really special family legacy. That watch got me interested, but what really hooked me was learning about the history and heritage behind the big watch brands. That story behind each piece is what keeps me chasing that feeling, one dial at a time. Still haven’t found my watch yet.

About Me

Hey, I’m Theo, 22, from Switzerland—where watches are basically part of the culture. As a kid, I lived right next to this tiny watch repair shop run by a Papou in Solothurn. He had a huge personal collection and mostly fixed watches. I’d pop in all the time, mostly to hear Papou’s stories, but somehow I ended up really into watches myself. Now I’m studying marketing, which basically means I’m great at convincing myself I need one more watch. Still trying to work on that impulse control though.
